I do. And I do it often.

My business is an online business. That means everything I do is on the internet. I am always amazed at the number of people I see at networking events who cannot go a couple hours without using their phone, or when

I’m in a meeting with a client, but they are too busy on their phone to give me their full attention. Internet Addiction is real and many people suffer from it.

I work online every day of the week and 2-3 times a week I unplug even if it is just for a few hours. I feel more rested and more creative when I do that. I do have notifications everywhere so if clients need my attention, I am available. Of course, my social media and my client’s social media is always pre-planned and well taken care of.
